Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached back into the original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Schedule Pickup

  Choose a convenient time slot for our courier partners to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at any authorized shipping point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
